🧠 Flow State Generator:

To get in the zone this week, we spent 3 minutes making a list that celebrates the tangible things we’ve done this month to help us move closer to our biggest dreams.

Our brains often remind us of the things we didn’t do and we forget to celebrate the little things we are doing to move ourselves forward.

🎶 The Playlist: 

This week, we flew through our 40 minute creative sprint with Paul Simon‘s Graceland album. His joyful sound inspired abundant creativity for me and I hope it does the same for you!

📝 The Quote:

This week’s quote was inspired by an article I read about the experience of being in “shitty flow state”, when time disappears and you get sucked into the vortex of the doom-scrolling. He talks about the importance of effort and the posivite results that come from the challenge of entering a joyful flow state. I found it an excellent read. Maybe you will too.
